Payments & Fees

Fees for services are agreed upon prior to commencement. All payments are due as outlined in the agreement or invoice. Fees are for services rendered and are not contingent upon advertising performance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, creative assets (when applicable), and operational follow-through. Delays or inaccuracies may affect performance.

Third-Party Platforms

Advertising services rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta). The operation, availability, policies, and algorithms of these platforms are outside direct control, and changes may affect campaign performance.

Intellectual Property

All materials created remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing. No transfer of ownership is implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

Termination

Either party may discontinue services in accordance with agreed payment terms. Outstanding balances remain due for services rendered.
